Effective December 17, 2010, your Blue Cross and Blue Shield Insurance premiums may change.  The following link is a guide to help you understand the changes that are taking place with your Health Insurance Plan.

Note:  Changes to your coverage will be effective January 1, 2011, and December premiums pay for January.
